Retreat Activities: This includes, but is not limited to, teachings, workshops, training sessions, worship services, prayer gatherings, prophetic ministry, times of fellowship, communal meals, group activities, excursions, and any other retreat-related experiences that may take place during the retreat, whether specifically outlined or not.​

TERMS OF SERVICE

It is your responsibility to fully understand the terms and conditions of the retreat. Please read carefully to ensure you are aware of what is and is not included in your retreat package. Full details can be found on our  website. If you have questions regarding the terms and conditions, we are available to discuss them and would be happy to clarify any points before signing this waiver.

PAYMENT TERMS & RETREAT PRICING

 

All prices are listed per person and must be paid in USD.

 

A non-refundable deposit of $300 (excluding taxes and processing fees) is required to secure your reservation.

 

Participants may choose to pay the remaining balance in full or through installments. Installment amounts and due dates will be determined based on the date of registration and/or the payment option selected at checkout.

Payments may be made by credit card or through the website. While The Host may send payment reminders as a courtesy, it remains the participant's responsibility to ensure all payments are received by the applicable due dates.

 

Regardless of the payment option selected, all balances must be paid in full no later than September 15, 2026.

Failure to complete payment by the required deadlines may result in the cancellation of your reservation, forfeiture of amounts previously paid, and release of your space to another participant.

By submitting your deposit or payment in full, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.

Please note: The Host, along with any affiliates, teachers, team members, agents, volunteers, or partner organizations, is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to currency exchange rates or fees applied by your credit card provider, bank, or payment processor.

 

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

For purposes of this policy, the "Retreat Start Date" shall mean the first scheduled day of the retreat as published by The Host on its website or official retreat materials.

​

If you wish to cancel your retreat booking, you must notify The Host in writing by emailing info@thepropheticmentor.com. Cancellation requests are deemed effective on the date they are received.

 

The $300 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

The following refund schedule applies to all participant cancellations:

• More than 90 days prior to the Retreat Start Date: Refund of all amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

• Between 61 and 90 days prior to the Retreat Start Date: Refund of 75% of amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

• Between 31 and 60 days prior to the Retreat Start Date: Refund of 50% of amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

• 30 days or fewer prior to the Retreat Start Date: No refund.

 

No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be provided for late arrivals, missed activities, unused services, voluntary withdrawal from the retreat, or early departures.

 

No exceptions will be made to this policy due to illness, injury, family emergencies, work conflicts, travel delays or disruptions, weather conditions, natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, or any other personal or unforeseen circumstances.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Due to the cancellation and refund policies outlined above, participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Travel insurance may help protect against unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, illness, injury, travel delays, flight cancellations, family emergencies, natural disasters, and other events that may prevent participation in the retreat.

The Host is not responsible for any losses, expenses, or damages incurred as a result of a participant's inability to attend or complete the retreat.

 

TRANSFER POLICY

Retreat reservations are non-transferable. Registrations cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.

 

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

The Host reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat program, including, but not limited to, workshops, scheduled activities, excursions, meals, accommodations, speakers, facilitators, transportation, or the retreat schedule. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by The Host for any reason, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future retreat (if available) or a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

 

The Host shall not be responsible for any additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred by participants as a result of such cancellation, including but not limited to airfare, transportation, lodging, passport or visa fees, travel insurance, lost wages, or any other incidental or consequential expenses.

The Host reserves the right to cancel the retreat prior to the Retreat Start Date if circumstances arise that make the retreat impracticable, unsafe, unlawful, or commercially unfeasible to operate. In such event, The Host's sole obligation shall be limited to the refund or transfer options described above.

ROOMMATE ASSIGNMENTS

Retreat rates are per person. Shared rooms (e.g., double occupancy) are priced accordingly and require shared occupancy. If you book a shared room without specifying a roommate, we will do our best to match you with another participant.

In the event you decide to switch rooms, we will present you with any remaining rooming options. If no additional rooming accommodations are available and you decide to book accommodations outside of what is offered by The Host, you will be responsible for any and all expenses you accrue, and you will not be refunded your payment(s).

ACKNOWLEDGEMEN​T

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled to participate in this retreat. In consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree to the following release of claims, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk.. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, successors, administrators and any others who may have legal interest, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims, present or future, against The Host and all associated teachers, contractors, volunteers, employees, guides, agents or representatives (collectively referred to as “the Releasees”) for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage or other loss that may arise from my participation in this  retreat.

This release applies regardless of the cause, including but not limited to, negligence or any act or omission of the Releasees. I understand that participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks, and I accept full responsibility for any such risks.

 

MEDIA

PERMISSION FOR CAPTURE AND USE

“Media” is defined as photography, video, written or verbal testimonials, or any other form of capturing likeness. 

For valuable consideration received, I grant to The Host the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use any media captured by The Host, or in which I may appear, alone or with others, for any purpose whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, use in illustration, promotion, editorial, advertising, marketing, social media, or any trade or educational material, across all platforms now known or hereafter developed, including the Internet. This permission applies to use in whole or in part, with or without alteration. I also grant The Host permission to use my name in connection with such media, at their discretion.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, its use, or its application, and I release and discharge The Host from any and all claims and demands arising from or in connection with the use of said media. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or violation of publicity rights.

This authorization extends to the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of the photographer, videographer, editor, and any individual or entity acting on behalf of The Host.

I confirm that I am a legally competent adult with the right to contract in my own name. I have read and fully understand the contents of this release. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

 

PROPERTY DAMAGE

I understand that if I cause any damage to the retreat venue, furnishings, equipment, or any rental property associated with the retreat, I am fully responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. I agree to reimburse The Host for all related expenses in full. I acknowledge that such actions may result in the immediate termination of my stay and removal from the retreat premises, without refund.

WAIVER

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, along with my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives, agree not to make any claim against, sue, or attach the property of The Host, their affiliates, teachers, employees, agents, volunteers, or any of their affiliated organizations for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from my participation in this retreat, regardless of the cause.

I voluntarily release and discharge The Host and all associated individuals and entities from any and all claims, actions, or demands I may now or in the future have in connection with any injury, damage, or death arising from my participation in the retreat.

​​

I confirm that I am in good physical, mental, and emotional health, and fully capable of participating in all retreat activities. I accept full responsibility for my health and well-being during the retreat and agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by The Host.

I understand that while The Host may offer guidance, teachings, or practices intended to support my well-being, it is my responsibility to listen to my body and make wise decisions. I acknowledge that The Host is not a licensed medical professional and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health conditions. I agree to consult with a medical provider if I have any concerns about participating.

I will not hold The Host responsible for any discomfort, pain, or injury I may experience during or after the retreat. I understand that retreat activities are not a substitute for professional medical care.

​​

By agreeing to the terms outlined in this waiver and on The Host’s website, I release and discharge The Host from any liability, damages, or claims that may arise from my participation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
